Invoice, Payment, Shipping

After receipt and checking of your order, we send you a payment invoice (including shipping) and our banking details.

Upon receiving payment, we will approve your order for picking, packing and shipping.

CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING SECURITY

Arkam Plumbing may offer PayFast as payment option via a link

Credit card transactions will be acquired for the Provider via PayFast (Pty) Ltd. If you opt for credit card payment, you will be redirected to the PayFast gateway.

PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely an extended validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest, level of encryption currently available, as well as 3D Secure for all credit card transactions.

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION AGENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

• Outlying areas attract an additional delivery fee, irrespective of the value.

Should an order exceed 20kg, we reserve the right to increase the shipping cost accordingly
